Thanks for your opinion but Don’t worry. You can also use Talkjs, Messenger & WhatsApp to create a conversation with your customers.
@weDevs NOT possible cz if ADMIN sets Chat to be Tawk.to… the vendor will not be able to use WjatsApp… correct? So, this will condition all vendors to Create Twak.to accounts, which is SAD 🙁

Yes, they have to create an account in order to use Tawk.to. However, it is a free feature, so anyone can create an account any time.
@weDevs That kind of defeats the purpose, is there no way to create a general feature like talkjs where each vendor does not need an account. If we have hundreds its going to be impossible to get them all to register
